BIGBUY ONLINE STORE USER AGREEMENT
1. General provisions
1.1. This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the owner of the BigBuy online store (the "Company") and the Internet user (the "User") arising from the use of the BigBuy online store located at https://bigbuy.sale (the "Site").
1.2. The User Agreement shall become effective from the moment the User uses the Site. In case of disagreement with the terms of this Agreement, the User shall immediately stop using the Site.
1.3. The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice to the User. The current version of the Agreement is always available on the Website.
2. Terms and Definitions
2.1. Online Store - a site located at https://bigbuy.sale, designed to present and sell goods to Users.
2.2. User - a natural or legal person who visited the Site and/or placed an order for goods through the Site.
2.3. A product is an object of the material world presented for sale in an online store.
2.4. Order - a duly executed request of the User for the purchase of the Goods sent through the Site.
3. Registration and duties of the User
3.1. To place an Order, the User can register on the Website by filling out the registration form.
3.2. The User shall provide reliable and up-to-date information when registering and placing an Order. The Company shall not be liable for consequences arising from false information provided by the User.
3.3. The User undertakes not to use the Site to distribute malware or materials that violate the rights of third parties.
4. Order and Payment Procedure
4.1. The User places an Order through the Site, selecting the Product of interest to him.
4.2. Upon completion of the Order, Company shall confirm it by e-mail or phone call.
4.3. Payment for the Order shall be made in accordance with the terms and conditions specified on the Website. Various payment methods are possible, including bank cards and electronic wallets.
4.4. All prices for goods are indicated on the Website, taking into account taxes and fees. Delivery shall be paid separately unless otherwise specified in the terms of the promotion.
5. Delivery of goods
